DSH hoppers come in a range of sizes, with varied loading capacities. Depending on product type, bulk density and desired flow rates, our team will determine the appropriate construction material, size, as well as any specialized recommendations that may be required.

Polyethylene
Polyethylene rotational moulded hoppers cover most general applications and can be used with some corrosive products.
Polyethylene hopper systems are supplied with a steel frame and ring for mounting, with the plug and hopper made from MDPE/HDPE.
Polyethylene hoppers are manufactured in the USA.

Corten Steel
Corten Steel is long-lasting and can be used with abrasive or warm products. It has high durability, is relatively light weight, has corrosive resistance and is very strong.
Corten steel is powder coated to increase durability in harsh environments and to reduce chipping, fading, scratching and wearing. It can also be electro galvanized for added protection against corrosive products.

Hardox Steel
Hardox Steel is long-lasting and can be used with abrasive or warm products. It is resistant to abrasion and can withstand heavy duty use whilst remaining very strong.
Our Hardox steel is powder coated to increase durability in harsh environments and to reduce chipping, fading, scratching and wearing. Hardox Steel can also be electro galvanized for added protection against corrosive products.

Stainless Steel
Stainless Steel has high resistance to corrosion. We offer both 304 and 316 Stainless Steel Hoppers.
304 Stainless Steel is suitable for warm or abrasive products.
316 Stainless Steel is suitable for food grade situations.

Customization
DSH Systems are able to fully customized to meet your needs. Whether the hopper is required to fit into a tight or unusual shaped space, there are access restrictions, or your products are corrosive or fine and extremely dusty, we have a solution - and if we don’t, we will find one!
Installation.
DSH Systems require no services (electricity, pneumatics, or hydraulics) to function and most cases, are able to be easily integrated into existing loading facilities with minimal downtime to schedules. Where site specific engineering is required, we will work alongside you to develop a unique solution to ensure the system is installed correctly and performs to your expectations.
Sizes
Our systems loading capacities can range from 50 tonnes per hour up to more than 2000 tonnes per hour.
Our products range from the DSH Mini up to the DSH 9, and each model is specifically rated in processing tph depending on the product type, bulk density and flowrate.
